General information

All abstracts and full papers will be blind reviewed by at least two reviewers. The official language of the Conference is English.

Abstracts should contain approximately 300 words, with 5 to 6 keywords. Abstracts should contain a clear indication of the purpose of the research, the approach used, the major results and the implications to be described in the full paper.
 

Main deadlines:

Abstract submission: September 30th, 2010

Abstract acceptance notification: October 31st, 2010

Full paper submission: December 15th, 2010

Paper acceptance notification: January 31st, 2011

Instructions for Abstract Submission

In order to submit abstract and/or final paper first create a user account by fulfilling the
conference web registration form

You will receive an e-mail with your login and password needed for the submission of your work. At any time, you can access the speaker pages by entering this login and password on the
login page

There, speakers can upload their photo or change personal information (click on the "Edit Authors description button") or edit their user profile. By pressing the "New paper" button the speakers can access the web form for the abstract submission.

Instructions for Papers

Submissions of final papers have to be written according to the following instructions:

  • The paper should be written in English. The author is responsible for language editing.

  • The submitted paper with all supplements (including an abstract, bibliography, references, tables and graphs) cannot be less than 5000 and exceed more than 7000 words

  • The paper is to be typed in Microsoft Word for Windows:

  • B5 format (27,5 x 18,2 cm);

  • margins all 2.5 cm;

  • letter-quality type Times New Roman, font size 12pt, except for the paper title 14pt (bold);

  • tables, figures and footnotes all 10pt.

Paper submission form

All papers can be submitted through this site using the same username/password used for abstract submission (described above).

 

  1. Go to the Conference login page
  2. Under the "Submit/edit paper" put your mouse over the title of your paper and click to follow the link towards your submitted abstract
  3. Scroll down the page to the "Paper Upload" section
  4. Click on the "Browse" button and select the file on your computer's hard drive
  5. Clik the "Upload paper" button
